This timely campaign exemplifies our ongoing commitment to bring banking to our customers’ world.”
Customers’ can obtain an ila Prepaid Card for their personal use or that of family members as young as seven years old. The Prepaid Card offers the flexibility and convenience of applying for, funding, and tracking financial purchases seamlessly, through ila’s user-friendly banking app. In addition, customers can set a limit per transaction (whether POS, e-commerce, or ATM Cash withdrawals) as well as for the number of transactions per day and enable or disable the card through simple steps via the ila app.
For each BHD 50 (or equivalent in any currency) spent using an ila Prepaid Card, customers gain one entry into the ‘back-to-school’ prize draws. Two draws will be held to identify five lucky winners each time. The first draw will be held on 14 September 2023, and the second draw will be held on 12 October 2023.
Only POS (domestic and international) and e-commerce transactions conducted during the campaign period and reflected in the account before three days ahead of the draw date will be considered. Further Terms & Conditions apply and are available on the ila Bank app.
The Pre-Paid Card offering was designed to drive further financial inclusion in the country and help facilitate the transition to a cashless digital economy. Earlier this year, as part of its commitment to support its young users, ila introduced a customized Student Pre-Paid Card offering cashback on transactions made in school cafeterias operated by the Eastern Bakery.
